How do I get a quote?
We are priced by your dog's size, temperament and condition of the coat. Any quote given in an estimate only. We cannot give you a set price until your pet has been seen and handled. We need the following information to give you the most accurate quote possible. Please visit our Contact page and fill out our form, or reach out via text with the following information:
-Town of residence
-Pet's age, breed and weight
-Pet's date of last professional grooming
-Your availability (Days of the week/Time of day)
Do you service my town?
Due to gas prices and in order to keep our prices as low as possible, we schedule clients from the same areas on the same days. We are currently servicing Frankfort, Tinley Park, Richton Park, Matteson, Monee, Green Garden, New Lenox and Mokena. Unfortunately, due to a tight schedule and in order to offer the best care possible to our clients, we are unable to go outside of our service area.
Do you offer nails only?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide nail only services at this time.
How quick can I get an appointment?
To ensure we have the time to provide compassionate care to our current clients, we are accepting new clients on a wait list basis. We contact those on our wait list as we have regular availability in your area and unfortunately cannot offer a time span of when that might be due to spaces becoming available unpredictably.
Do you groom cats?
We no longer groom cats as of April 2013 due to health concerns.
Do I need to be home for the grooming?
No, you don't. This is one of the convenient parts of mobile grooming. We do ask that you are home for the first groom, but all we need is access to your pet after the first initial groom and you can come home to a clean kiddo!
What vaccinations does my pet need to use your services?
We do require the rabies vaccination as does the law. We keep our rig as clean as possible and do clean after each home we visit. So while we do recommend listening to your veterinarian on vaccinations they believe are necessary, we do not require others.
What do I need to do before my appointment?
We ask that you take your pet out for a potty and avoid giving them breakfast or dinner until after the grooming is finished. This helps avoid any potty accidents in the rig.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards along with cash and check.
Do you need water or electric?
We do not require any hook ups to your home. We bring our own water and a generator for electric.
